The private apartment features natural stone walls, exposed wood beams, touches of color, tasteful furnishings, high-end decor, and a first floor walkout. The view out of the large windows is trees and forest which contributes to a feeling of being utterly surrounded by nature. We are located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains--the peaks are close, but cannot be seen from the apartment. We live above, and are very quiet and low key--you may hear the occasional few footsteps or running water.

Important Booking Information

To finalize your reservation, all guests are required to sign a short-term rental agreement and provide the applicable security deposit.

We keep this process simple and straightforward. The agreement is there to make sure both you and we have complete clarity on the details, expectations, and policies surrounding your stay — so there are no surprises for either side.

If you’ll be bringing an approved pet, we’ll also send you a separate Pet Policy Agreement outlining the guidelines for pets during your stay.
